- Flour package was stored in the flour container, package itself was touching the flour. There was a very little amount of flour at the bottom of the flour container. Operator will use the flour from the package, empty the flour container, wash and sanitize the container before refill the container.*Some of the bulk food container had measuring cups without handles. Please make sure measuring scoops in bulk food container are supplied with handled scoops to prevent contamination of the bulk food items.

- **CORRECTED**1. Ice scoop stored in ice machine. Scoop was removed during inspection and stored in a separate container. 2. Seaweed was stored below prep sink. Seaweed was relocated during inspection to protect from contamination by water.
