    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • 1) The wall in the hallway by the staff washroom had a hole approximately 16 cm in diameter, 1 meter up the wall. 2)The drywall around the mop sink in the utility area was damaged/dented - no longer smooth and washable.ACTION REQUIRED: repair the indicated walls.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • A scoop was stored in the bulk food supply when not in use. A container was being used as scoop in the bulk food supply. CDI: container removed at the time of inspection. Scoop was hung in the designated holder of the storage bin at the time of inspection.
