    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The hand sink is out of service due to damage to the body of the faucet. When turns on it sprays water at the base. Currently are washing in hands in the three compartment sink ( the sanitize sink).Ensure the hand sink is repaired by June 12, 2026. Until then wash hands in the wash sink and not the sanitize sink of the three compartment sink.

      • June 5, 2026 update:The caulking behind the sink is damaged with possible mould growth. The director said the caulking has been fixed since December 2024. With the moisture from the sinks it keeps getting damaged. Repair by June 19, 2026There was mould observed in the caulking behind the sink. Removal, disinfection and replacement required.> outstanding Dec 23The base of the cupboard underneath the sink was in disrepair. Mould growth, dropping and disrepair were visible. The base requires removal, along with cleaning and disinfection below the cabinetry and then replacement.> droppings were cleaned. Shelf liner was installed.       • The shelves and cabinets require cleaning. Ensure these are cleaned by June 8, 2026.

      • Evidence of cockroaches were observed in the kitchen. Dead cockroaches of all stages of life observed on the floor alongside the fridge. Evidence of cockroach feces was observed on top drawers.Evidence of mice were observed in the kitchen - dropping were observed in the bottom oven drawer and in the cabinets below the sink.
