      • In the toddler bathroom the cabinet was unlocked and had chemicals stored in them. By June 8, 2026 remove all hazards or ensure that it locked.In the toddler room there was small animal toy which was choking hazard. Toy was removed

      • In the girls preschool washroom there is damage to the wall and or it is unfinished. By June 19, 2026 ensure the bathroom wall is finished and in good condition.Baby Room - The white shelving unit in the bathroom was in disrepair> outstanding Dec 23 - June 5, 2026 CORRECTED.

      • Toddler bathroom can be locked from the inside. By June 9, 2026 ensure the bathroom door cannot be locked from the inside.

      • The crib in the baby room had a drop down side which is not acceptable. Please remove from use.> outstanding Dec 23 2024, however, not currently in use.

      • Preschool room and bathroom - the linoleum flooring in the basement bathroom and preschool area was lifting and in disrepair.

      • Frist aid kit supplies were low. Please ensure at least one #2 CSA Basic First AId Kit.

      • Baby Room - The change pad in the baby room was torn.Baby Room - The white shelving unit in the bathroom was in disrepairOSC - The finish on the pink shelving unit in the OSC room was wearing, exposing wood. Refinishing required.

      • Larger toys throughout the program were visibly dirty and require more thorough cleaning.

      • Baby room- the sink in the baby room bathroom was slow to drain.

      • The crib in the baby room had a drop down side which is not acceptable. Please remove from use.

      • Baby Room - Live cockroach nymphs observed in the bay room bathroom.Basement laundry room- Mouse droppings noted in the laundry room.

      • The bathroom fan in the top floor bathroom was not properly operational.
