- Hand sink in the basement prep area did not have hot water. There was also no paper towel dispenser at the hand sink. No preparation is currently occurring in this area. - Please ensure that upon using this space for food preparation, the hand sink is supplied with hot and cold running water and soap and paper towels in a dispenser.
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- Some drain flies noted around the hand sink in the basement. -Please consult with pest control regarding the flies.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- Floor paint is chipping and peeling in places. - Please redo the flooring, ensure it is a smooth surface that can be easily cleaned and will not catch debris.
- 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
- There was some dust/debris buildup on the ceiling. - Please clean the dust.
