      • Garbage was stored in front of the handwashing sink in the back kitchen area. - Garbage can was moved, please ensure there is nothing blocking access to this sink so staff can wash their hands.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Overall facility is clean and in good repair, some additional cleaning required in the dry storage area near the bean containers.- Please clean this area.

      • Sanitizing solution in the dishwashing sink was measuring around 0ppm QUAT. - Solution was re-made and was measured at 200ppm. Please ensure all QUAT sanitizing solutions are between 200-400ppm.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • QUAT test strips were stained and unable to accurately read the sanitizer solution. - Please acquire new QUAT test strips.
