- 04. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this pool premises (Non-Critical)?
- *Repeat Violations*1) Several of the deck drains were built up with dirt/debris and had pooling water around them. 2) Drywall flaking from wall at the deep end of the pool/by small indoor whirlpool.- Maintain all pool areas in a condition where they are easy to clean and do not create hazards (pooling water). Include cleaning duties in your written sanitation plan.

- 1) Automated readings for pH and ORP and the set points were not being recorded on the daily log sheets. - Please ensure these values are recorded daily. 2) Some out of range values were recorded with no actions taken to get them back into range. - Please ensure that if unsatisfactory chemical tests are performed actions are taken to ensure the chemistry in the basin is adequate.

Please refer to the Pool Standards and ensure that the Sanitation plan, Safety and Supervision plan, and Water Quality incident plans are developed and are kept onsite. They should be kept in a location where there are accessible and can be referred to when needed.
