      • 1. The quat sanitizer dispensed solution with 0ppm of quats. Staff were told to manually prepare quat solutions until line is repaired.Ensure quat sanitizer dispenser is repaired and maintained between 200-400ppm and tested daily.

Quat strips were not available. 3. Cleaning clothes were observed on the counters of the front service area. Ensure cleaning clothes are immersed in a sanitizer when not in use.Ensure quat sanitizer is maintained between 200-400ppm. Quat strips should be obtained.
