- 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
- Sanitizer in the bottle was at 0ppm. Chlorine based sanitizer was prepared and measured at 100ppm.
- 05. Do food handlers refrain from handling food while ill and have acceptable attire and hygiene?
- Staff were observed not washing hands between glove change. Glove reuse was observed. Staff discarded used gloves, washed hands and use a fresh glove.Ensure handwashing is completed with soap, running water and paper towels. Clean gloves should be used after every glove change.
