      • Some light covers are missing in the kitchen. Ensure light covers are replaced or prove that light is shatter proof.

      • The glasswasher was not in good working order. Ensure glasswasher is repaired. Glassware should be cleaned in the kitchen dishwasher until glassware is repaired .

      • The hand sink at the bar was not operational. Staff indicated handwashing is completed in the kitchen which is at an opposite end of the facility.Ensure hand sink is operational and fully equipped.

      • 1. The mechanical ventilation system is past its due date for professional maintenance.2. Tiles missing in ceiling by the walk-in cooler entrance.

      • The fan in the walk-in cooler needs to be cleaned.The following areas needs to be organized to facilitate cleaning;- The dry storage room- The dishwashing area-The walk-in freezer- The back area towards the exit door and walk-in cooler.

      • 3 dead mice were noted on traps in the food premise.- Clean and dispose all dead mice observed in the facility.- Ensure all exit doors are properly secure with no gaps to prevent the entry of pests.- Identify all point of entry (holes on walls, floor & ceiling) and have them sealed/closed to prevent pest entry.- Store all open food bags and plastic food bags in pest proof containers with tightfitting lids to prevent foodcontamination.- Remove unused items/equipment from the food premise that create harborage sites for pest.
