- *Disinfects were not being used according to manufacturer's instructions for use. Contact time, preparation of barbicide solution according to required measurements and change of barbicide solution were discussed onsite.

- The hair colors and lamination products with 12 months use period after opening were not labeled to indicate the opening date.Discussed onsite and operator will write the opening date on each tube with permanent marker.

- Handwashing was reported being done in the reprocessing sink. Reprocessing sink will only be used for equipment reprocessing. Hand washing will be done in washroom.

- No disinfectant was noted onsite to disinfect the environmental surfaces.Obtain a disinfectant minimum with DIN to disinfect the surfaces.
