- Ungraded eggs were present in the food facility. Eggs must be graded if sold through a third party. Farm eggs can only be sold directly from the producer to the end client. The eggs shall be removed from the facility.
- 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
- Cookware was not being sanitized. All cookware shall be sanitized using 100ppm chlorine, 200ppm Quats, or another sanitizer that has been approved by Health Canada.
