- pH strips were being used to measure the concentration of CS20, the chemical disinfectant. Appropriate test strips shall be obtained, and used daily (each day the chemical disinfectant is used) to ensure proper concentration.

- Cornerstone pedicure equipment is using a dry heat to disinfect their tools. Dry heat is not an approved method for disinfecting. A chemical disinfectant shall be used. Test strips shall be obtained to ensure the chemical disinfectant is at the appropriate strength.
