      • Toni's Hair station has an accumulation of hair in the drawers, and on top of cabinets. Brushes and rollers have excessive hair present. Action shall be taken to clean the work surfaces and equipment. Daily cleaning of work services is required. Equipment shall be cleaned after each client.

      • The CS 20 is not being tested daily and recorded. CS 20 test strips are required to test the solution. The results shall be recorded.April 14 -Operator was not present for an update

      • Expired disinfectant wipes are present in the facility. The wipes shall be discarded to prevent their use. The operator discarded the wipes during inspection.
