      • Reusable Burrs had nail debris and nail paint on the surfaces. Reusable equipment shall be cleaned to remove all debris and then disinfected. These burrs shall be cleaned and disinfected.

      • The high-level disinfectant is not being recorded. Action shall be taken to record daily the high-level disinfectant (CS 20). A high-level disinfectant log template will be sent with this report.

      • Nail dust is present on 2 Dremel tools, which have not been used today. Action shall be taken to clean and sanitize the tools which are dirty. Tools used shall be cleaned and disinfected in a timely manner.
