Our first time at Basil & Mint Restaurant, and it definitely did not disappoint. We decided to try it based on the great reviews and they were absolutely spot on. The ambiance was elegant and inviting, the food was delicious, and every dish was beautifully presented with class. What truly made the experience memorable, though, was the service. Diego was wonderful, experienced, bubbly, and attentive. Ada and all staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. What really stood out was the manager taking the time to go from table to table, greeting guests and having short, genuine chats. You rarely see that level of care anymore, even in big cities and other countries. A fantastic dining experience all around. We’ll definitely be back. ✨🍽️

Such a lovely time at Basil and Mint for my bachelorette. It was such a lovely way to end our stay in Kelowna. Exceptional service and lovely food and portion sizes. We all enjoyed how great the menu was! Our waitress was nice and we liked how the music was at a good level

YUM! Absolutely incredible food. Every single bite was truly amazing. Best steak, best handmade gnocchi, best pasta sauce, best Caesar salad, best mocktails, best escargot.. Plus, the atmosphere was both elegant and fun! Grateful to Chris and team for giving us night to remember forever. You guys are the best! Highly highly recommend.

We had a wonderful meal at Basil & Mint. The feature cocktail was so pretty and so tasty. Dinner was great. My husband loves risotto and was impressed with the dish. My pork was so flavourful and tender. The service was great, Diego took excellent care of us and added to the experience. Definitely a great pick for a Friday dinner out!

My husband, daughter and I just came from Vancouver Island to visit our friends for my birthday. They booked us here tonight and it was the absolute best experience we’ve ever had. The food was exceptional, the atmosphere was cozy, warm and welcoming, but the service was out of this world. Thank you to Taylor for making our evening so memorable! Everything from the drinks, appetizers, mains and deserts was divine. We all enjoyed the three course meals in the private dining room. We can’t say enough good things about the service we received from Taylor and we will definitely be back!

Took my mom for her Birthday/Mother's Day dinner. Food and drinks were unbelievable. Started with the Gnocchi and then we shared the Seafood Risotto and Short Rib Pizza. The food was incredible and the price was extremely fair for the quality. Our server Diego was on fire. Great personality and made the experience even better. The whole staff was great. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Visited in August for dinner. Restaurant was quite large but seemed empty. Had the 3-course meal for $55 which included the seasonal soup and Vanilla Creme Brulee. The seasonal soup was potato bacon. Not too bad. Large portion and smooth purée. Kinda wish the bacon was more chunky to give it some textural contrast. The Braised Boneless Short Ribs were tender but lacked a bit of flavour. It could have used more onions to punch it up. The Vanilla Creme Brulee had a good silky smooth texture under the crackle. Also had their Signature Caesar Salad ($18) plus chicken (+$13) and Raspberry and Mango Italian Soda ($10 each). Service was a bit awkward at times.
