- The spray bottle containing sanitizing solution in the front area measured over 200PPM chlorine. Dilute the solution to 100PPM bleach.

- Flats of pop in the front serving area were stored directly on the floor. Ensure that all food is stored at least 6 inches off the floor.

- There was no soap at the hand wash station nearest the back door. Ensure that all hand wash stations are equipped with soap and single-use paper towels.

- Back door was propped open. Screen for back door was not in place. The screen is damaged and doesn't fit the doorway. Keep the back door closed or install a tight fitting screen or screen door.
- 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
- Accumulation of grease was noted on the floor around the legs of the cooking equipment (cooking line). Please clean.
