    • 09. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) available in suitable location(s), and properly stocked with handwashing supplies?
      • 1. In the baby room:Soap is missing from the diapering handwashing sink. 2. In the sick room: Soap and paper towel is missing from the handwashing sink. 1-2. Ensure all handwashing sinks are stocked with soap and paper towel for proper hand hygiene. Soap and paper towel were placed by the handwashing sinks during the inspection.
    • 12. Is refuse being managed in a suitable manner?
      • Garbage bins are missing in the toddler/ preschool bathroom.Ensure all areas of the daycare have garbage bins. The operator added garbage bins to the bathroom at the time of the inspection.
    • 17. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Critical)?
      • The sanitizer is missing in the baby room and from the diapering stations in the baby room and toddler's room. Ensure the bleach sanitizer is available at each location with a minimum concentration of 100 ppm.During the inspection, the operator placed bleach sanitizer in each location.
    • 19. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Critical)?
      • In the baby and toddler room:Multiple blocks and small toys appear to be smaller than a paper roll tube, posing a potential choking hazard. Ensure all toys in rooms with kids under 3 years of age, have toys that are bigger than a paper roll tube. The toys were removed at the time of the inspection by the operator.
    • 31. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Critical)?
      • In the baby room:The diapering handwashing sink is close to the food handling handwashing sink, posing a potential cross contamination hazard during handwashing due to splashing. Install a splash guard and ensure:- no cross contamination can occur during handwashing. -all food handling occurs in the kitchen, including infant formula preparation.
