- Soap is missing from the back handwashing sink. Ensure the handwashing sinks are stocked with soap at all times for proper hand hygiene. The TLA manager placed soap in a squeeze bottle by the handwashing sink at the time of the inspection.**Ensure a pump soap dispenser is installed by the handwashing sink***

- The quat sanitizer solution containing wiping cloths was measured at 100 ppm. Ensure the sanitizer solution is measured every 4 hours to check the concentration of the solution for effective results. Sanitizer effectiveness decreases with time and temperature.

- At the time of inspection:The kitchen hand sink (next to the dishwasher / compartment sink area) was not in function. Plumber was fixing the sink at the time of inspection. Staff suggested sink was not working for few days. Ensure the hand sink is always in working condition.
