Alcohol-based hand rub (ABHR) was not available at the hand hygiene station or in the service area at the time of inspection.Provide an alcohol-based hand rub (ABHR) containing at least 60 % alcohol in all service areas. ABHR must be readily accessible to support proper hand hygiene, especially between glove changes and when hands are not visibly soiled.2. Paper towel was provided as a roll at the handwashing station. Provide paper towel in a dispenser at the handwashing sink.

- No disinfectant was available for cleaning and disinfecting environmental surfaces at the time of inspection.Obtain low-level disinfectant for use on all environmental surfaces between clients. Disinfectant must have a Drug Identification Number (DIN) and be used according to manufacturer instructions for contact time and dilution.
