- Foods such as rice and chicken left out to cool were not done so with proper methods. The staff member who was cooking the foods left them out on the counter to act as the shuttle driver for children.This was corrected during the inspection by putting the foods in the fridge.REQUIREMENT: Ensure foods are being cooled properly. Alternatively, cook only as much food as needed and discard/consume any excess amount.

- 1) Paper towel was not located in a dispenser to keep the bulk supply clean and sanitary.REQUIREMENT: Obtain and install a wall mounted holder/dispenser.2) There was a cart located at the front of the hand sink, creating a partial obstruction.This was corrected during the inspection by relocating the cart.
