    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • Two elevated diapering beds/mats at the facility were missing safety belts. Ensure the diapering beds are supplied with safety belts. It's recommended to secure the belts on the beds underneath the mats.
    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • - A 22 inches slide at the flex room was placed on a hard surface without adequate protective fall surfacing. The slide was removed during inspection.- The protective surfacing (mats) for two 23 inches slide/climbing structure did not extend enough distance around the structures. Additional mats were added beside the structures during inspection. Fall protection surfacing material should extend at least 6ft around the structure.
    • 29. Are washrooms / bathing facilities properly constructed, maintained and supplied (Non-Critical)?
      • The toilet paper holder for the gold room toilet was detached. Toilet paper was placed on a platform.Please re-install the toilet paper holder.
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • The diapering handwashing sink at the sunshine room was being used to rinse off plates and other items. Please use the kitchen sink for rinsing off plates. Handwashing sinks dedicated for handwashing after diapering must be used for only handwashing.
