- Several cosmetic products, including creams, lidocaine cream and stanhexadine, were observed without manufacturer's instructions for use or ingredients readily available in English/French for review by the PHI. Operator was instructed that she would need to provide information from the manufacturers on these products, or replace them with products where these items could be verified.
