      • 1. Stack of sleep mats in the preschool area: most of them had torn corners/ disrepair. * Replace with durable easy to clean sleep mats or cots.2. High touch areas visibly dirty such as the preschool washroom walls* Deep clean and ensure ongoing routine cleaning of surfaces and finishes.3 Warped and damaged baseboards in preschool washroom. *Replace with new baseboards.4. The staff was unable to locate a " mouthed/dirty toy bin" in the baby room as children were observed playing with toys in their mouths. Please ensure to have a labelled bin for dirty toys.
