      • Food handling permit posted on the wall is expired. Post the current food handling permit.

      • Counters are becoming cluttered in some areas which makes it difficult to clean and sanitize countertops. Handle to freezer is grimy. Perfect fryer is accumulating grease on the inside and outside of the unit and another grease laden fry bin is stored in the sink in the back room. Tools are stored on pop bibs.*Organize counters and storage to remove clutter to allow for easier cleaning. Clean fryer unit and components. Clean and sanitize counter surfaces and ice bin.

      • Floor in front food service area still contains grime, notably in front of the small appliance. Scrub clean and sanitize this area.

      • Styrofoam cups in plastic sleeve were stored directly on the floor. Food and food equipment must be stored off the floor to protect these items from contamination.

      • Baseboard is coming off the far wall behind the food service counter. Re-apply baseboard.

      • Floors are sticky and accumulating grime behind front food service area and into the back storage rooms. Dust is accumulating behind the chest freezer. Storage rooms are cluttered which makes it difficult to clean floors and monitor the area for pests. Organize storage rooms and remove items off the floor. Clean and sanitize floors.
