     • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): In-use utensils were stored in water at 16C. Staff said that the water is changed every two hours. In-use utensils must be washed and sanitized every 2 hours and the water must be emptied and maintained at less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius. Corrected during the inspection.
