     • Observation: Pools of stagnant milk observed beside the drain near the egg section of the dairy walk-in cooler.
     • Corrective Action(s): This is a repeat violation. Reseal/resurface flooring where the concrete is 1) pitted and no longer easily cleanable 2) around drain where liquids pool. Ensure the flooring can allow for proper drainage in cases of spills. Proper sloping is required so liquids do not stay stagnant and allow for pathogen harbourage.

     • Observation: Floor in the dairy cooler near the eggs was very pitted near the main door and the floor drain. A pool of stagnant water/milk was next to the drain as the concrete is pitted badly in this area which does not allow for easy drainage of liquid.
     • Corrective Action(s): Reseal/resurface flooring where the concrete is 1) pitted and no longer easily cleanable 2) around drain where liquids pool.
