      • The automated controller readings were inconsistent with the readings by PHI and chemical logs of manual testing observed in the facility, had a difference of greater that 0.2.Make sure that automated controller systems are calibrated to ensure the accuracy of testing.

      • One of the metal rails at pool ladder was un sturdy. Discussed the safety concerns with pool operator.The handrails for pool ladder must be repaired to prevent any injury to patrons.
