It was reported that this had been outstanding since May.Discussed with the manager and he indicated that the part was on order had one of the parts had come in and was in the office. the repair is to be completed in a timely manner. Reinspection for this will be done in a week.

- ***Opened the stall if the non working toilet and observed the trap of the toilet was exposed and there was air movement from the sewer across the little water remaining in the bowl (below the effective level of the trap). The trap of the non working toilet appeared to be ineffective and was allowing sewer gas to enter the building. Temporary fix of manually filling the trap was explained to the manager. Reinspection will be done to ensure that this is maintained until the toilet is working.

- Manual dishwashing was observed as the facility had a circulating washing sink with a temperature boost feature. Gauge for temperature is broken so temperature could not be verified. Temperature of water was taken and was found to be only approximately 40 C. Water for dishwashing must be a minimum of 45 C. Additional hot water was added.
