      • 1. There were no written instructions on how pool operators perform the combined and total chlorine values. Values for both were recorded in the water chemistry logbook, however, the Operators on site were unsure how those values were obtained. 2. Automated controller set points were not being recorded in the log sheet.COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Develop a written procedure for testing free chlorine, combined and total chlorine. **Ensure the DPD reagent is thoroughly mixed between drops when testing for chlorine.2. Please check and record the automated controller set points at least once a week to ensure the setpoints are being maintained.
