      • 1. The chlorine test strips expired in 2019 and 2021. COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Please purchase new test strips.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • 1. Clear packing tape was used to keep the floor drain near the front door of the meat cutting room in place.2. A few floor tiles in the meat cutting room near the back door with the plastic curtain were chipped and pieces missing. COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. Remove the tape, as it is not easy to clean. Repair/replace the floor drain so it is secured in place.2. Repair the floor tiles, so the floor is easy to clean and maintain and to prevent debris from accumulating in the area.
