      • Beverages are stored on the ground, Please ensure all beverages are stored at a minimum of 6 inches off the ground. Staff placed the beverages on tables during the event

      • The bucket for wastewater collection is missing underneath the handwashing station in the tent across from the rodeo office. Please ensure a wastewater bucket is under the temporary handwashing station at all times for proper wastewater disposal. Staff placed a bucket under the handwashing station during the event.
