     • Corrective Action(s): Staff are washing dishes in dishwasher and sanitizing in the sink. Manual washing of dishes sign posted on wall.

     • Observation: Dishwasher final rinse temperature drops regularly and requires redraining and filling to get to temperature.
     • Dishwasher dispenser is broken.
     • Corrective Action(s): Staff are aware of problem and are manually washing dishes and also following procedures to ensure it reaches required temperature until it can be fixed. Pleasse ensure breakfast program is also aware. Repairman hasd been called and is expected to service.
