We recently got to know about this (hidden?) Gem of Fernie when researching for our trip. It was everyway worth the visit!! The bagels were really yum and balanced, our kids loved a lot too. Highly recommended

I had the chance to experience this bagel restaurant while visiting Fernie. I found it hard to read the menu here as it is behind the counter on boards so thankfully I was with others who know me well and being our first time here the staff member was helpful. I had a bagel which was a fairly good size but would try a different one next time as well as a hot chocolate but was not very hot at all. It was hardly warm but seems to be the way they serve it in Fernie as I had it a couple other places as well. I would come back here again in the future and try some other things but probably not by myself self at less they come up with a menu that is easier to read for those with visual difficulties.

Stopped here on my drive from Calgary to Cranbrook/St Eugene, it is about halfway. The bagels are great with toppings piled high, it has that small town vibe inside, a top choice for a quick meal that feels like it has quality ingredients. I would say that some of the reviews are pretty over the top, sets expectations too high. It is a solid bagel sandwich with a ton of variations and combinations.

I’ve been to this bagel shop a few times now, and it’s always been amazing. The bagels are the best in town, with a wide variety of options. Mr. Fernie is one of my favorites so far. Now that summer is here, they also have a patio, which is great.

Great place to get your breakfast! It’s very busy so be prepared to stay in line for a bit and long wait to get your bagel! They have plenty of flavors for bagel.. it’s hard to pick one sometimes! As well, they have delicious coffee! And cups are big if you’re sitting in! Bagels were delicious but price point for what you’re getting is quite high. Our 2 bagels and 2 coffee came to 44$. They have lots of tables outside so bring some layers if you’re going in first thing in the morning:)

Really good fresh bagels and bagel-wiches. Do not miss the spinach pesto whole wheat bagel. Wonderful and polite service too. This gem in Fernie is really amazing. We took a couple bagel-wiches back to Calgary.

The best bagels in the world! The salmon lox is a sandwich I dream of. The onion and garlic bagel is a bagel made from the mind of a genius, its like when you get the crispy burnt edge of a bagel, but its the whole bagel. I wish it was closer to home as I dont come to fernie very often, but everytime I do come through- I stop.

A fernie must!!! The bagels were so fresh, soft, and delicious. I had the Switchback Salmon & my husband had the Mr Fernie. We loved both! I also purchased some bagels and tubs of their cream cheeses to take home.

The bagel I had was really good and a great option if you’re looking for a quick breakfast. Plus, they have a dog-friendly patio, which is perfect if you want to bring your furry friends along! I’m not a local, but I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty their bagels are. Definitely worth a stop.

Wonderful little place in central Fernie. We dropped in for a coffee and could not resist the bagels, which were simply the best we have ever tasted. Freshly baked, full of flavour and loaded with cream cheese. I chose the onion bagel with …
