I stopped by Golden during my Rocky Mountain trip, and I could truly taste the care and effort put into every single dish. It was absolutely delicious! Especially the bread—how do they bake it to perfection like this? It was so good that I seriously want to learn the recipe and make it at home. Usually, bread gets hard when it cools down, but the bread here stayed perfectly crispy on the outside and moist on the inside even after cooling. I also loved the cozy, vintage vibe of the place. The portions were so generous, reflecting the warm hospitality of the owners. I can’t wait to come back and try other menu items. I have high expectations for everything they make!

Stopped at Big Bend Café for breakfast while we were staying in Golden. It’s a nice, cozy place with a good vibe and a solid menu. We tried two different breakfast dishes, including the Benny’s, and both were really tasty. Portions were good, and everything felt fresh. If you’re in Golden and looking for a good breakfast, definitely check this place out.

Cute spot with delicious food and eclectic decor. We ordered the california eggs benny, heuvos rancheros, and big breakfast. All were delicious and definitely worth stopping by again for!

Best breakfast I've ever had! They were busy and told us ahead of time about the wait, pretty sure the food came faster than expected. I was happy either way since they left us a much needed jug of coffee. Staff were pleasant. Pretty cool vibe inside. 10/10 would recommend.

That's not the cleanest place. The entrence looks bad. I am not going to lie. The floor is dirty. But it is always full, the sign the food is good. Paid $55 for breakfast for 3. We were full for hours. Our waitress was kind and gave us a lot of tips where to go and what to see in Golden.

Cozy spot with tasty food and friendly vibes Stopped by Big Bend Cafe in Golden for breakfast and really enjoyed the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The menu has a great variety of classic breakfast and lunch options, and everything felt fresh and homemade. The coffee was strong and hit the spot, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Portions were generous, but prices were reasonable for the quality. It’s a great place to fuel up before a day of hiking or exploring around Golden. Would recommend for a casual meal with good, comforting food.

A little shabby at the entrance, but the restaurant has interesting vintage decor. We just had breakfast but it was fine, served on camp ware, and they had a really nice gluten free toast. I didn't try it, but they also had corn beef hash on the menu 😊 …
