- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Wiping cloths left in sanitation without sanitizer in it. (Public Health significance) - Cloths once used can harbor and grow bacteria if left wet without sanitizer to deactivate the microbes.
- Corrective Action: Store wiping cloths in a sanitizing solution of 200 ppm chlorine or 200 ppm QUATs. Mix according to the manufacturer's specifications. Staff corrected the violation at the time of inspection

- Observation: Evidence of flies activities noted in the facility. (Public Health Significance) Flies may cross contaminate foods and surfaces or contaminate human food, carry diseases on their bodies.
- Corrective Action: Remove any flies attractants such as food and water, eliminate access to the building and routes they use inside. Make use of fly screens or contact professional to help with elimination of the flies.
