      • Observation: Couple of flies were observed to flying around in the food preparation area (Public Health Significance). Flies can carry microbes on their bodies and deposit them on food and food contact surfaces when they land on them.
      • Corrective Action: Ensure the pest control company help in getting rid of the flies. Ensure all cracks, openings are sealed, and make the doors to be weather-stripped.

      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Observed box of coffee and food container lids stored directly on the floor.
      • Corrective Action: Ensure that all food and food contact packaging are stored atleast six inches off the floor. This facilitates cleaning, monitoring of pest activity and prevention of contamination from spill.

      • Observation: The handwashing sink by the ice machine was not maintained in a sanitary condition.
      • Corrective Action: Ensure that handwashing sinks are regularly cleaned to maintain a sanitary environment.
