- Corrective Action: Store wiping cloths in a sanitizing solution of 200 ppm chlorine or 200 ppm QUATs. Mix according to the manufacturer's specifications.

- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Observed hot held products in the buffet area at 52.3 degrees Celsius.
- Corrective Action: Store manager was informed to rectify this issue immediately.
- 211 - Frozen potentially hazardous food stored/displayed above -18 °C. [s. 14(3)]
- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Meat in its original packaging was found laying in a two compartment sink without cold running water.
- Corrective Action: Follow adequate defrosting procedures, as per your submitted Food Safety Plan. Staff corrected this during the inspection.

- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Staff were observed spreading deli meat residue on front facing cooler handles during processing and packaging. Staff did not clean and sanitize the high contact surface (handles) after contamination.
- Corrective Action: Clean and sanitize high contact surfaces and avoid inadequate glow use, as you are cross-contaminating food products.
