      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) The operator was not able to explain proper dishwashing procedures.
      • Corrective Action: Educated the operator about proper 3-step manual dishwashing and recommended them to use the high temp dishwasher.
    • 401 - Critical Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
      • Observation: Paper towels were missing at the hand wash sink.
      • Corrective Action: Insert paper towels into the paper towel dispenser. Paper towels must be installed at the hand wash sink at all times
    • 502 - In operator’s absence, no staff on duty has FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent [s. 10(2)]
      • Observation: Staff members on-site do not have food safety training.
      • Corrective Action: One person with Food Safe Training must be on-site during the breakfast hours
