- Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) The operator was not able to explain proper dishwashing procedures.
- Corrective Action: Educated the operator about proper 3-step manual dishwashing and recommended them to use the high temp dishwasher.

- Observation: Paper towels were missing at the hand wash sink.
- Corrective Action: Insert paper towels into the paper towel dispenser. Paper towels must be installed at the hand wash sink at all times
