      • No food contact surface cleaner in the kitchen preparation area. Prepare a mixture of 100ppm chlorine bleach or 200ppm QUATs sanitizer in spray bottle or wipe cloth bucket form. Purchase testing strips to confirm. When purchased, please take a picture of the mixture and concentration and forward to me.
