- There are two round holes cut out of the flooring where debris can accumulate. These are to be repaired/covered.There is some shelving in the storage room that is not impervious to moisture and is used to store food products. To be made impervious to moisture.The floor drain for the skillet appears to be plugged as there is standing water in it/is not draining. To be repaired.There are some cracks in the cement floor in one of the storage room used to hold food products. Unless the food is moved to an alternate location, the cracks will need to be filled.

- Cardboard box holding plastic wrap was dirty; was discarded during inspection.Some containers of utensils were stored on the floor in the storage room. Store up off the floor.

- Wall around mopsink needs cleaning.The two storage rooms need some decluttering (items left behind from previous operator). Please remove items that will not be used.No written cleaning schedule has been developed. Written cleaning schedule needed.Floor is one of the storage rooms used to store food is lined with some rubber-backed carpet. Remove the carpets and ensure the flooring is in good repair and smooth, easily cleanable if going to store foods in this room.
