     • Kitchen servery handwashes blocked and unsanitary. Educate staff to clean sinks and dispensers daily or more and do not block them.
   • 33(1) - OPERATOR FAILING TO CONTROL TEMPERATURE OF FOOD SO FOOD DOES NOT DETERIORATE OR BECOME INEDIBLE OR UNSAFE.
     • Commercial fridge in servery not holding <=4C /40F. Unit was adjusted by operator to below danger zone during inspection. Operator to manage issue. Operators thermometer not in calibration. Calibrate weekly. Temperature logs not being maintained. Perform temp. logs 3-4 times daily. Logs must also include corrective actions.
