   • 29(3) - FAILING TO IDENTIFY CLEANING & SANITIZING AGENTS USED IN FOOD ESTABLISHMENT, INCLUDING CONCENTRATIONS & USES IN MAINTENANCE, CLEANING & SANITATION PROGRAM.
     • Chemical spray bottles although labelled, do not have concentration & directions for use. Improve labelling to include this information.
