- 29(2)(a) - INADEQUATE MAINTENANCE, CLEANING, & SANITATION PROGRAM.
- Perform routine bacteriological water sampling for site and have results forwarded to inspector. Install condensate line on walk-in cooler reefer to prevent contamination of food or shelving. Relocate handwashing supplies and dispensers to the individual sink to act as the dedicated handwash sink.
- 33(1) - OPERATOR FAILING TO CONTROL TEMPERAURE OF FOOD SO FOOD DOES NOT DETERIORATE OR BECOME INEDIBLE OR UNSAFE.
- Produce cooler not holding <= 4C in foods. One product was discarded(cut melon), Do not use for storage of potentially hazardous foods. Cheese open faced cooler not holding <= 4C in foods and all foods were relocated to other working refrigeration during the inspection. Cease practice of storing foods in boxes or containers that restrict air flow and resolve issue of defrost / temperature. Do not use unit until serviced / adjusted and holding <= 4C in all areas. operator to issue properly.

- 19(2)(a) A food establishment must provide all of the following in accordance with applicable legislation or as considered acceptable by the Administrator:
(a) a supply of potable hot and cold water at adequate pressure and volume with the appropriate facilities to store and distribute the water and to control the water temperature;
