      • Used wiping cloths are being left out on counters and no sanitizer was detected in the solution that other clothes were stored in.- Used wiping cloths must be returned to a sanitizer solution after each use. 100 ppm chlorine solutions were prepared.
    • 08. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Cans of paint were stored above the back upright freezer.- All chemicals must be stored away and below food equipment. Paint cans relocated.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Single use customer plastic utensils are improperly stored.- Ensure the "business end" of the utensils are stored all going in the one direction.
