Cleaning cloths were observed in the kitchen counter.Cleaning cloths were removed and stored in the sanitizer bucket during inspection.2. The sanitizing solution was noted being dirty in the kitchen. Sanitizer buckets were drained and refilled during inspection onsite.Ensure sanitizer solution is changed every two hours or more frequently as needed.
