      • i) Pest was not observed ii) Pest record was not made available to me on the day of inspection. Operator promised to email it to me later.

      • ii) In the deep fryer area, there was an observed water underneath the cold holding apparatus. Operator confirmed that there was a problem with the equipment.

      • Observed standing water covered with cleaning cloths by the pop machine area at front bar. The operator mentioned that the bearing for the compressor of the pop machine is broken, and that the parts are on the way. All equipment's used in a food facility must be kept in good repair.
