      • Previously:The sanitation in the food truck was not satisfactory. A deep and thorough cleaning of the food truck is required prior to the start of operations. All food contact surfaces and high touch surfaces shall be sanitized prior to the start of any food preparation/processing.Now: The sanitation of the food truck is not satisfactory. Food debris and grim are visible on floors, walls, ceilings, and equipment.ACTION: Please thoroughly clean the surfaces in the mobile.
