      • Corrective Action: Operator immediately discarded the gravy. Operator to ensure hot foods are kept at 60C or above.

      • Observation: The ceiling near the dishwasher is dusty. (Public Health Significance) - dusty environment can increase the risk of food contamination.
      • Corrective Action: Operator to clean the ceiling. Operator to ensure the premises is clean and sanitary at all times.
