      • Chlorine concentration was measured at 1000ppm during inspection. Chlorine concerntration must be maintained at 100ppm at all times. Solution was remade during inspection.

      • Scoops stored in bulk supply in pantry are in full contact with the food product. Ensure that scoops have handles and are stored not in contact with food products.

      • 1. Freezers in pantry had evident ice build-up and spills. Defrost clean and disinfect freezers. 2. Cardboard box surrounding bottle of oil was covered in spilled oil product. Remove cardboard and clean indicated area. 3. Cooking utensil drawers next to hand washing sink show build-up of dust and debris. Clean and disinfect drawers.

      • Toasters stored in pantry area were visibly dirty. Discard toasters if not in use, or clean and disinfect appliances.
